…and Ideas with a few Trigger Warnings just to be safe. I sat down to write a book. But realized that would be really limiting. So, decided to release it as a blog instead. I must admit, there will be areas with trauma, so be warned, I tried to give Trigger Warnings as appropriate. But I can’t know what might be triggering to everyone…so read with caution.

There will also be poems I wrote when I was in my later teen years. And journal entries from throughout my lifetime. And, whatever else my little heart desires. Feel free, of course because it’s the internet, to comment as you like.

I am a single mother of a 34 year old young man, of which I am very proud. I have two fur babies; sisters from the same litter, a bonded pair of cats…Jazz and TuTu. We’ve lived in the Willamette Valley of Oregon for the last 20 years; 12 of which have been in the same apartment…as you’ll find out if you stick around to read my “book”, that’s quite the accomplishment!
